Hi,

Somehow my boss come to know that I have the intention to retired after my 55 birthday in May 2012. He call me to have a meet with him and later lunch on Tuesday. I reach the office at about 10.30 am waited for awhile and went straight into his office to meet my boss. He started the conversation about my present works and duties and a question of my intention to retired. He continue to tell me that I am still too young to retire and that the company still required my service and contribution.

After about an hour of meeting, I may have something in mind now as to what I may want to do after my 55 birthday. Wait for the right time and I will tell you all my intention.

Bye and cheers

Hi,
It's been a while since my last blog and this is the first time I am writing on an IPad. Using the IPad is easy, convenience and very relax as you can type your text anywhere and at any position you are in.

Well, it's the quarter of the year now in 2012, and my job I am in now faces major chanlenges.

1. I will be celebrating my 55 birthday on the 6/5/2012. There are many thoughts in my mind as to proceed with my retirement. Now my retirement does not mean I will be sitting at home and wasting myself away. One of my thought is to proceed with my Agriculture plan on my 5 arces of land, now with only durian trees. Turn this durian orchard into a modern farm integrated with fish pond, poultry farming, maintain some good durian trees, and have some organic farming. This venture is big time and requires a lot of effort and it will be something I can enjoy while I can made a living out of it. But the timing is not in favor because I am still required to be with the family in KL for another 2 years due to my son in college as I do not believe in doing things part time.

2. My office will offer me a contract to continue doing what I am doing now, but the company is growing too fast and too big. When an organization is big, you cannot run away from company politics which indirectly I am drag into in already. The saying says " any job is never too big or too small, but the people that created it is the challenge". Times I have in mind to run away from it all but with so many years of experience, it will be a waste to just throw all your experience away not forgetting the money they pay me. Well, this has bugged me for quiet a while!!!!!!. and also how to tell your boss you are quitting without a reason.

I wish I could received some comment or advise that can enlighten me a little.

Thank you and cheers.l
I am confused, hope what I wrote can be digested to who ever that read it.

Hi,

It's been a tired day running around the project sites and went to Kota Damansara to purchase bidding to form the fare face concrete columns and beams.

This morning the traffic was real bad all the way to saujana subang with the traffic not moving at all at about 8 am and managed to reached saujana subang at about 9.30 am.

Opportunity don't come always but when it comes, it's it good or bad! Grab it or let it go! Does the opportunity give you and your family a better life or will destroy what you are enjoying now. Does money that important to a person or it's only secondary important.
Should a person when given an opportunity take up the challenge or he be wise to foresee the happening!

I am very confused.

Bye and cheers

Hi,

My blog today is the "Gunung Nuang" hike I organised for my company's Social & Sport's Club. It was on the 1st. May 2010. We gather at the Cheras Bt. 9 toll plaza and made a convoy towards Ulu Langat -Pangsun. We reached the Ranger's Office at about 9.00am and after a short brief, we started the hike and our target is "Camp Lolo"

It was a "first" for many of my colleague and all of us made the hike and came back home tired but satisfied.

Herewith some pictures of the hike for your viewing.

Enjoy and cheers.

Hi,

Me and Agnes was at Pertang over the weekend taking a day leave on the 30/8/10.
On the 29/8/10, we drove to Kuala Kelawang before Pertang. We reached Kuala Kelawang at about 9 am and stop by at the morning market to but some landscape plants for our garden at our new house in Pertang.

On the 30/8 /10 morning we went to the Public Bank in Kuala Kelawang to sort out our land loan. While at the loan dept, a female staff offer us her working chair and she was typing standing. Then another staff assist us throughout the process on our case and we were made very easy and comfortable all through out.

The moral of the story above is between KL and K. Kelawang, 1 1/2 hrs drive away and the people is totally difference in all ways easy, friendly and humble.

Conclusion, I am looking forward to retired in Pertang.

Bye cheers.
